For me, celebrating Easter is not only at the top of my list of important holidays, but just as important as Christmas. It is a time to first reflect on all that happened on Good Friday when Jesus was crucified for our sins, dying on a cross and shedding His blood. We are overwhelmed, as we remember what He did for us. It is a time to thank Him in prayer and repent of all our sins. It is a time, we renew our hearts and surrender our lives. You see, the story of His death does not end on the Friday, but brings us to the incredible Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday.
Overall my traditions would include time at church both on Good Friday and Sunday in celebration of Jesus’ Resurrection (Easter). Being with my family is very important to me during this time, as we come together not only at church but for dinner. It is during these times that we remember that it is not only about dressing up, special dinners, etc. but that we reflect on what the true meaning of Easter is. This is not just a religious event but a time of faith for every believer in Jesus.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” ~John 3:16

Absolutely . . .Easter is of great importance and significance.. A moment to always remember. I think one of the mistakes most people seem to make these days is seeing very little need of examining this moment of Holy sacrifice(Easther) of the Lord as compared to His birth(Christmas).
His birth, death and resurrection are essential and non is greater or much better than the other. (God’s golden pattern).
God’s infinite love surpass all wisdom and is never outdated because God himself is time even before time itself came into existence.
The love and sacrifice still remains fresh in our mundane minds. In a fallen world of chaos and dismay..help us examine this moment, the next moment, and every moment thereafter. Loving Jesus till the end of times.
Best wishes to you and your family woman of grace. Stay safe and stay strong always.

Yes, Easter is a significant religious holiday for Christians around the world. It commemorates the resurrection of Jesus Christ, who is believed to have been crucified and buried on Good Friday and then rose from the dead three days later, on Easter Sunday. For Christians, the resurrection of Jesus represents the triumph of life over death, and it is considered the foundation of the Christian faith.
In addition to its religious significance, Easter is also celebrated as a secular holiday in many countries, with traditions such as egg hunting, decorating eggs, and the Easter bunny. It is a time for families and friends to come together and celebrate the arrival of spring, the renewal of life, and the hope for new beginnings.

I remember back home we would go to church and have a good meal after. Because we fast so Sunday is the time we could eat a full meal again.
We’ve spent time with family today & had a roast dinner and genuine laughs & conversations. It was so lovely & I’m grateful for it 🙂
I absolutely love Easter, the meaning, family time, and traditions are very important to us. This blog post was a very nice reminder of why this holiday is so important. Thank you for sharing!
