Netflix Specials: Olympic Journey of Elite “Sprint” Runners and “Simone Biles Rising”

The Olympic Games Paris 2024 are quickly approaching, and Netflix has released two specials that capture the journey of elite athletes. As a fan of the Men’s and Women’s 100m and 200m sprints and female gymnastics, I’m thrilled to see these features. It’s especially exciting to watch Simone Biles return this year. Let’s take a moment to discuss, “Netflix Specials: Olympic Journey of Elite Sprint Runners and Simone Biles.”

1. Sprint Series: I appreciate Netflix offering two excellent specials for this year’s Summer Olympic Games. The first series, “Sprint” is a six-part series that explores the journeys of elite sprint runners participating in the upcoming Olympics. It’s inspiring to watch their stories unfold. I especially enjoyed learning more about Noah Lyles and Zharnel Hughes in the 100m and 200m sprints, as well as Sha’Carri Richardson and Shericka Jackson. Their determination and perseverance are truly motivational. I look forward to watching both the Men’s and Women’s 100m and 200m sprints in the Olympic Games.

2. Simone Biles Rising: The second special,  “SIMONE BILES RISING.”  focuses on Simone Biles’ return to the Olympic Summer Games in Paris 2024. Simone faced significant mental health challenges during the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, leading her to step away from the competition. However, her passion and intense training for a comeback this year are truly inspiring. Watching her rise back up and showcase her incredible skills will be a highlight of the games.

The 2024 Summer Olympic Games will be available on both NBC Olympics and Peacock. Let me know your thoughts. Do you have a favorite Summer Olympic Game you enjoy? Are you looking forward to watching Simone Biles and the Women’s gymnastics too? Will you be watching the Men’s and Women’s 100m and 200m sprints this Summer Olympics?

I highly recommend you watch the Netflix “Sprint” series and “Simone Biles Rising” series. They provide an in-depth look at the journeys of these incredible athletes and will surely enhance your Olympic viewing experience.
