Welcome to Examine This Moment

Hello everyone, and welcome to Examine This Moment! It means so much to me to have the opportunity to pause, reflect, and “examine this moment” together with each of you.

I created this blog as a place where you can find encouragement, inspiration, laughter, reflection, and real-life moments. Life is filled with experiences that can shape us, challenge us, encourage us, and sometimes leave us wondering what just happened!

I believe there is value in taking a moment each day to slow down and reflect on where we are, what we have experienced, and what we can learn from it.

Life Is Made Up of Moments

Every day brings different moments. Some leave us with a sense of accomplishment, fulfillment, joy, purpose, and excitement about what is ahead. Other moments may leave us feeling disappointed, sad, uncertain, or simply asking:

“What just happened?”
“Can we do that over?”
“Why did this happen?”
“Why now?”
“Am I really not done yet?”

The truth is, life doesn’t always go according to plan. Yet even in the unexpected moments, there can be an opportunity to pause, reflect, grow, and discover purpose.

That is what Examine This Moment is about.

Through my writing and digital media, I want to create a space where we can have genuine conversations about faith, purpose, personal growth, self-reflection, everyday life, and the experiences that make us who we are. Some moments may inspire us, some may make us laugh, and others may challenge us to look at life from a different perspective.

My hope is that something you read here will encourage you, remind you that you are not alone, or simply give you a reason to pause and think about your own journey.
