Iād love to hear if youāve seen any of them too!
šŗ Lilo & Stitch (Remake)
The live-action reimagining of Disney’s beloved animated classic brings heart and nostalgia. The story of a young Hawaiian girl and her mischievous alien “dog” reminds us of the power of ohanaāfamily. The visuals are charming and it keeps the humor and emotion of the original.
š How to Train Your Dragon (Re-Release)
Returning to theaters this summer, this beautifully animated film about the unlikely bond between a young Viking and a dragon still stirs the heart. Itās full of adventure, emotion, and breathtaking flight sequences. A perfect film for all ages.
šÆ Mission: Impossible ā The Final Reckoning (Part One)
Ethan Hunt is back with jaw-dropping stunts and a high-stakes mission. The tension is real in this first part of what promises to be a powerful finale to the iconic spy series. Action fans will not be disappointed.
ā” Thunderbolts
This Marvel film introduces a new team of anti-heroes and misfits forced to work together. Itās gritty, character-driven, and offers a darker tone compared to traditional Marvel flicks. A refreshing entry for fans wanting something a little different.
š¦ Jurassic World: Rebirth
The dinosaurs return once againābut with new surprises and a fresh storyline. This installment introduces a generation facing the consequences of living alongside prehistoric creatures. Visually stunning with nods to the original trilogy.
š F1: The Movie
A high-octane look at the world of Formula 1 racing, this documentary-style drama dives into the lives of the drivers, the behind-the-scenes pressure, and the thrill of the track. Great for fans of sports films and adrenaline-filled stories.
𦸠Superman
The latest take on the Man of Steel offers a more grounded, hopeful portrayal of the superheroās origins. Balancing action with character development, it explores what it means to be a hero in todayās world. A solid reboot for longtime fans and new audiences.

“The Fantastic Four: First Steps,” “Superman” and “F1: The Movie.”
š„ The Fantastic Four: First Steps
This origin story brings Marvelās first family into the modern MCU with fresh faces and a more personal tone. It’s about learning to work as a team and discovering identity through transformation. A promising start to their new journey.

I love watching movies, and I have a whole list of ones to catch up on. I think I will have a weekend of renting or streaming something fun. I particularly want to watch the new Jurassic Park as I have loved them since I saw the first one in the cinema.
I would love to hear your thoughts after you get to watch some of these films I listed. thank you so much for sharing your thoughts Molly.
I haven’t seen any of these yet, but I detect a couple of themes running through this list: Heroes/superheroes, and not-like-us creatures. It almost seems as if we’re looking for something or someone outside of ourselves to be our friend and savior. (I have a suggestion … š )
I know the King of kings friend. His name is Jesus. Amen! Thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts.
