šŸŽ¬ Summer Movies to Watch

I’ve had the chance to enjoy some great films this summer, and I’d love to share a few highlights with you.

Maybe you’re like me—you enjoy kicking back with a good movie, whether it’s a solo watch, family night, or fun with friends. When I come across films that leave an impression, I can’t help but recommend them. Below are some of the movies I’ve watched recently, along with a short summary of each. I’d love to hear if you’ve seen any of them too!

🌺 Lilo & Stitch (Remake)
The live-action reimagining of Disney’s beloved animated classic brings heart and nostalgia. The story of a young Hawaiian girl and her mischievous alien “dog” reminds us of the power of ohana—family. The visuals are charming and it keeps the humor and emotion of the original.

šŸ‰ How to Train Your Dragon (Re-Release)
Returning to theaters this summer, this beautifully animated film about the unlikely bond between a young Viking and a dragon still stirs the heart. It’s full of adventure, emotion, and breathtaking flight sequences. A perfect film for all ages.

šŸŽÆ Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning (Part One)
Ethan Hunt is back with jaw-dropping stunts and a high-stakes mission. The tension is real in this first part of what promises to be a powerful finale to the iconic spy series. Action fans will not be disappointed.

⚔ Thunderbolts
This Marvel film introduces a new team of anti-heroes and misfits forced to work together. It’s gritty, character-driven, and offers a darker tone compared to traditional Marvel flicks. A refreshing entry for fans wanting something a little different.

šŸ¦– Jurassic World: Rebirth
The dinosaurs return once again—but with new surprises and a fresh storyline. This installment introduces a generation facing the consequences of living alongside prehistoric creatures. Visually stunning with nods to the original trilogy.

šŸ F1: The Movie
A high-octane look at the world of Formula 1 racing, this documentary-style drama dives into the lives of the drivers, the behind-the-scenes pressure, and the thrill of the track. Great for fans of sports films and adrenaline-filled stories.

🦸 Superman
The latest take on the Man of Steel offers a more grounded, hopeful portrayal of the superhero’s origins. Balancing action with character development, it explores what it means to be a hero in today’s world. A solid reboot for longtime fans and new audiences.

My personal favorites so far are:
“The Fantastic Four: First Steps,” “Superman” and “F1: The Movie.”

šŸ’„ The Fantastic Four: First Steps
This origin story brings Marvel’s first family into the modern MCU with fresh faces and a more personal tone. It’s about learning to work as a team and discovering identity through transformation. A promising start to their new journey.

Have you seen any of these films? I’d love to know your thoughts or hear your summer movie recommendations too! My personal favorites so far are: “The Fantastic Four: First Steps,” “Superman” and “F1: The Movie.”

Let’s keep sharing those memorable moments on screen.
