I recently watched “Flamin Hot” on Disney Plus and I would like to talk about my thoughts with you. I like to share inspiring movies, shows, stories, articles, etc. to bring encouragement as it has been for me. In this true story, you see Richard Montanez’s life from childhood to a global sensation unfold.

I appreciated that you could enjoy watching this short film both on Disney Plus and Hulu. Whenever you see someone like Richard, you sense that this person is not like everyone. He is determined and not ready to be counted out quickly. You see his wife, whom he met at a young age, stand by his side through it all along with their children.

He is a Mexican American, who took what he enjoyed eating and introduced it to the snacking industry. He landed a job at Frito-Lay as a janitor, but that would not be what he would do for the rest of his life. It was wonderful to see his ability to look beyond and consider the fact that more could be done in an economic crisis.

I encourage you to check out the “Flamin Hot” film, rated PG-13 on either Disney Plus or Hulu. I honestly believe you will be inspired by this story as I was. I would love to hear your thoughts when you get to watch it too. Perhaps you would enjoy some Frito-Lay snacks too. Thank you for taking moments with me.
