There are just certain moments that become so intense that you know this will become a time that will not be forgotten. You know that this will impact you for life. With this you decide how; will it be positive or negative or positive and negative? Let’s look at this quick moment together to discuss the battle is real.
Let’s be honest with each other, how would you say you handled very trying times in your life. Whether this was something physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually. You went through something that made you feel it. Did it leave you with a scar? If so, have you allowed these moments to be used for good? Have you decided this will not change me to become hardened in my heart? These life changing moments will leave an impact on you.
Pain is meant to be felt. With that said, do you remain in that state or do you try everything possible to push past these intense moments into the victory side? One must be mindful, we don’t have stay a victim of our circumstances. This is truly possible with God’s help that we can and are overcomers.
Now what caused you pain can become a place of remembrance how incredible God is no matter where you find yourself. Whether in the valley or mountaintop you can see how unchanging He is and true He is to His Word and promises. You can see your scars as He had when He was pierced and nailed to the cross for us. You recognize that with every challenge I can grow stronger not weaker. I can find new strength and ability as I remain in the Lord.
Struggles are real but they don’t have to be a permanent part of life. There is a sense of release when we come to God and ask for His help. We must remember He then will lead and guide us and that’s where we learn to trust, ask for and receive His love and forgiveness as we move forward one step at a time. And YES, there are unexplainable moments where He carries us. It’s not that you won’t face any more struggles but now you see there is another way to walk this out with God’s help.
These are everyday moments that affect each of us and I love hearing from each of you. Let me hear how this blog encouraged you and your story of how a struggle left you with scars but you now have victory because of having God in your life.
